At the end of the day, after all of the stress, work, kids, life, bills, people, positive things, negative things, church, family, activities, etc, there is only one thing that is always true and matters most:
GOD IS IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!!!!
I have found that when I start to feel stressed, or feel nervous about something, God is always faithful in removing it if I truly will give Him control of it. I can't begin to express how much peace comes with doing that. It's life-changing.
I don't know what you are dealing with today. It might be financial, kids, a bad marriage or divorce, or just a bad attitude and no peace evident in your life. Either way, I encourage you to literally stop and hand it over to God. With your whole heart, give Him your troubles, stress, and worries. He WANTS you to give it to Him. I guarantee you that when you give it away and focus on what He wants of you and your life, you will feel peace, and that stress won't control everything. Your mind and heart will be free to focus on the little blessings that God has surrounded you with.
Let the details of life just be details---just things that make the day pass. But let your primary focus be your purpose and your continued pursuit of it! Watch how much more fulfilling your life will become!
